Prevent psychosocial risks and manage quality of life at work

Working closely with their teams on a day-to-day basis, managers play a central role in the prevention of psychosocial risks and the development of quality of life at work. By detecting and supporting these situations, they meet their responsibilities (legal, occupational health, behavioral) and protect themselves.

Securing your practice in dealing with psychosocial risk situations
